Our investigations are conducted within the framework of applicable laws and regulations, including the Private Security Organisations and Detective Agencies Act (Wpbr), the Regulation on Private Security Organisations and Detective Agencies (Rpbr), the GDPR, and the generally binding privacy code of conduct for private investigation agencies.

THE TEAM

The vrs Special Investigations team at Lengkeek consists of licensed tactical investigators and NIVRE-registered experts. For financial investigations, we can also rely on experienced business interruption experts (registered accountants). Thanks to this combination of expertise, we assess every situation from multiple perspectives.

Our investigators hold an official Private Investigator identification card (the “yellow pass”) and operate in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, privacy rules and codes of conduct. Lengkeek is licensed as a Private Investigation Agency under permit number POB 9187.
