Indices

Lengkeek has years of experience in providing indices for a wide range of clients. Needless to say, we have access to all the required expertise and data under one roof.

We understand that valuation reports need to be indexed with reliable figures. In recent years we have increasingly received requests for accurate and reliable indices for the insurance market. We have decided to publish these figures for public use.

Please note that though the use of our index numbers is completely free, we do appreciate a reference.

Data sources
Our indices have been calculated on the basis of our own data in combination with various other sources of information, including data from Bureau Documentatie Bouwwezen (BdB).

Benefits:

• Accuracy. We publish monthly, so the indices are always up to date.
• Lengkeek provides various types of indices, namely for business inventory, commercial buildings and housing.
